Suzuki Early Childhood Education

I have completed training in Stages 1-3 of Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE), a non-instrument specific curriculum designed for the youngest of students (ages 0-3). I love working with very young children on fundamental musical skills, as well as fostering their listening skills, socio-emotional skills, and enjoyment of music.

I’m not currently teaching SECE classes, but the observation skills and child development emphasis that this part of my training provided are still a huge influence on my violin and viola teaching.
